Here you live in a nice and modern house. Lovely living room where you can enjoy yourself in front of the fireplace on slightly colder days. Well-planned and fully equipped kitchen. The beds are divided into 2 bedrooms. A double bed in one and a sofa bed in the other. Large spacious toilet with shower.
Terrace of approx. 50 square meters that extends around part of the house so that you can take advantage of as many hours of sunshine as possible.
Surrounded by beautiful greenery and nature, the house gives a calm and soothing feeling.
To see and do in Höör and the surrounding area
The property is ideally located for hiking and berry and mushroom picking with several hiking trails just around the corner. But also, a good starting point for those who want to go on day trips to, for example, Scania Zoo or Söderåsen National Park. If you are interested in history, you can visit the museums at Bosjöklosters Mölla. For those who want to swim and fish, the nearest beach and fishing opportunity is about 3 km away, in Sätoftasjön, which also runs into Östra Ringsjön. Ringsjön, which is about 15 minutes' drive away, is a popular lake for anglers and vacationers and is the perfect place for a beach and fishing vacation. For those interested in shopping, we recommend Nova Lund, where there are shops for most wishes. With access to a car, you can easily go to many different golf courses, Bosjökloster Golf Club is often a favorite among visitors.
