Description
Large timber villa located in a quiet and scenic area. Here, the large family can find space or perhaps several families vacationing together.
The house consists of two floors and has a large living room where you can cozy up in front of the fireplace. From the living room you can go out to the large glazed terrace and on the adjacent open terrace you can have pleasant barbecue evenings. Large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. On the first floor you will also find two of the bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Down here there is also a nice fully tiled bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms. Here with a family bed with a 140 cm wide lower bed and a children's bed in one and a family bed with a 140 cm wide lower bed and a bunk bed in the other end. Nice fully tiled bathroom with bathtub. In a passage room on the upper floor, there is also a sofa bed with 2 sleeping places. Nice raised plot with a stone wall at the front.
To see and do in Löttorp and the surrounding area
In Löttorp you can go swimming at Åkerbobadet, which has a 12.5 meter indoor pool and a 25 meter outdoor pool. There is also an outdoor children's pool and sauna. In Löttorp you will also find a grocery store, bakery, one of Öland's best meat and charcuterie shops and many good restaurants, including the popular Lammet & Grisen. There are also some shops for shopping.
With the children, you can take a trip to Lådbilslandet or why not go and swim at the famous beach Böda, which has a fantastic fine sandy beach, restaurants and a large water park.
North over, you can visit Byxelkrok, where you can enjoy the atmosphere at the boathouses down by the harbor. Go and have a look in shops, check out flea markets or enjoy a good bite of food. Also, don't miss visiting Byrum to experience the beaches and the fine beaches. A visit to Borgholm is also recommended. Öland has lots of attractions, fine sandy beaches and farm shops to discover.
